Split PDF Online Free — Extract or Separate Pages Instantly

Split PDF files online free with two easy modes: extract a specific page range (e.g. 1-3, 5, 8-10) into a new PDF, or split every page into its own separate file. GramPDF processes everything locally in your browser, so there's no upload, no signup, and no watermark on your split PDF.

Rasterize re-renders each page as a compressed image and rebuilds the PDF — it shrinks the most, but text stops being selectable/searchable, so quality depends on the level you pick. Bumping the level up (or targeting a larger size) preserves noticeably more detail. Optimize only keeps every page as real, sharp vector text and just rebuilds the file's internal structure more efficiently — savings are smaller, but there's zero quality loss, so it's the better choice for text documents that just look a little blurry after compression.

Works best on photos with a clear subject (people, products, animals). Fine detail like flyaway hair or busy edges may come out a little rougher than a manual cutout.
